Corporate purpose
The purpose of the company is to promote fair, humane, and sustainable healthcare by placing, training, and supporting nursing staff and medical personnel in Germany and abroad.
The company does not primarily pursue its own economic interests, but rather aims to permanently improve working and living conditions in the care sector and to raise the social status of the care professions.
Real shares would make MedHelden vulnerable. Instead, there are profit pools, virtual participation (VSOP), and genuine co-decision-making in everyday life.
